The RDD-20 was a digital delay released by Boss in 1987, as part of their half-rack Micro Rack Series of effects.

It's the successor to the RDD-10. Judging by its name, you'd be forgiven for assuming it has twice as much RAM as its predecessor, for twice the delay length. Alas, that's not the case. It's essentially the same, providing delays up to 400 milliseconds (0.4 seconds) long — not quite enough for e.g. dotted eighths at 110 BPM.

If you want an RDD-10 with a longer delay length, try the Boss RSD-10 instead. Its delay lasts up to 2 seconds.
