Humpty Dumpty was a pinball machine released by Gottlieb in 1947. It's historically significant for introducing electric flippers to pinball.[1][2][5][3] Within a few years of refinements, this one evolutionary step had arguably elevated pinball machines from curious novelties to fully fledged games.
