The Diode-01 is a semi-modular synthesiser made by AMSynths (currently still a WIP).
It's a clone of the System-100 range's Model-101, along with the Model-102's S&H and ring modulation. In other words, if you buy two Diode-01s, then you get all the functionality of a Model-101 (except for the keyboard) and a Model-102 (except for its S&H's slew limiter, which wouldn't physically fit on the panel).[1]
